Community Guidelines

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Music Ecosystem HIVEs

HIVEs is relationship infrastructure for the music tech ecosystem. These guidelines define the culture we are building together — one based on genuine connection, professional integrity, and mutual amplification.

Our Core Principles

01

Ecosystem First

Prioritise the health of the wider music tech ecosystem over individual gain. Share knowledge, make introductions, and contribute beyond your immediate interests.

02

Authentic Connection

Engage with genuine intent. No transactional networking, no pitch-first interactions. Relationships built on trust last longer and go further.

03

Professional Integrity

Represent yourself, your work, and your organisation accurately. Acknowledge sources, give credit, and hold yourself to high professional standards.

04

Inclusive Excellence

The best ideas come from the widest range of perspectives. We actively welcome voices from across disciplines, backgrounds, geographies, and career stages.
